We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service and Sales Representative. No prior insurance experience? No problem! We provide full training and support to help you obtain your New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance license. This full-time role offers a unique chance to learn the industry from the ground up while working with leading national carriers. You’ll gain valuable skills in sales, service, and client support — all within the supportive environment of a family-owned agency that has proudly served South Jersey and the Philadelphia suburbs for over 30 years.
We are seeking an outgoing, motivated individual who thrives on helping people, communicates effectively, and is eager to learn. If you’re comfortable on the phone, enjoy problem-solving, and are ready to grow in a fast-paced industry, this could be the perfect opportunity.
- Obtain a NJ Property & Casualty Insurance license (we provide support and assistance).
- Assist clients by phone, email, and in person with questions and policy changes.
- Educate customers about products, coverage options, and benefits.
- Process new business, renewals, and endorsements.
- Review existing client accounts to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
- Active NJ Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Driven, self-motivated, and competitive — with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Works hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
- On-site in Oaklyn, NJ (no remote or hybrid options).
